Double J Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated company operating under a Merchant-of-Record (MoR) model for digital commerce.
We contract directly with customers for sales transactions, while our partners deliver the underlying digital products or services.
The company does not provide B2B remittance to partners, money transfer, or stored-value services, and therefore is not regulated under the Payment Services Act (PSA) of Singapore.
Services
We provide Merchant-of-Record management services, handling card sales, customer refunds and chargebacks through authorized payment gateways (e.g. Stripe).
All transactions are processed under Double J Global's own merchant account, with funds settled directly to our account and remitted to partner companies on a B2B basis.
(No customer wallets or Partner Payout Management (B2B basis) services are offered.)
